Sushi and stuff

Sometimes, when you eat a prune...the whole thing finds its way into your mouth.

Then we have a problem. You see, it doesn't fit so well!

We can ask Mommy for help, but it's no use!
When in doubt, doing a little dance tends to clear things up. Or at least shake them loose!

After getting through the Prune Debacle, BBJ taught herself a new skill...but, of course, had to show me how distraught she was at being left in her high chair...she's getting to be such a drama queen!

Last night, Louh Gung invited his co-workers over for a "Sushi Party." It's one of their traditions - someone offers to host, and provides basic sushi ingredients (rice, seaweed, ginger, basic fillings) and everyone else shows up with their favorite sushi fixings or other snacks. Last night, we had a cornucopia of tobiko, sashimi (clams, tuna and salmon), mock crab, cucumber, carrot, pickled daikon, mayo, wasabi and pickled ginger. We had fortune cookies and chips and cookies and "almond float" and...everything tasty!

Oh, and BBJ found a new friend - it never hurts to cozy up to Daddy's Boss!
