Once Upon a Time

Once Upon a time, there was a little princess.


She had three problems.

First, she was so cute nobody took her seriously.



Second, her legs were cold when she wore skirts.



Third, she had no minions. What good a is a princess without minions!


Luckily for her, her mother was a Queen. And Queens can do pretty much anything they like - that's what makes them queens.

So, she came up with some minions for her baby Princess. Minions that would be loyal and never leave her. Minions that would take abuse, suck it up, and say, "Hey! That was fun! Put me together again and throw me against the wall!"

Minions on a string.



Mama made her magic leggings that would keep her legs warm but have no waistband to mess with the Princess's delicate tummy. (These leggings have been known as "leg warmers" in the past, but leg warmers aren't cool anymore. And the princess is definitely cool. So these definitely aren't leg warmers.)



The princess took her minions under her wing, and led them about doing much good in the land.



The princess wore her leggings proudly, never ripping them off as a feat of bravery in her mother's chariot. (And when she didn't rip them off, she definitely never sucked on them to prove her dominance, because, again, the Princess is cool...and cool princesses never suck on their accessories.)

And the princess and her leggings and her minions rode off into the sunset and lived happily ever after.

* Please note: the minions were a Christmas gift from an awesome auntie, and the pattern for the leggings came from a good friend. Gotta give credit where credit is due! I did make the leggings, though, and I'm oh-so-proud of myself!
