I'm a Lovely Blog!

I, Wonder Woman started a special series today called Frugal Living. The first installment is all about Frugal Food, and it's GREAT. If you'd like to learn more about how to feed your family for less, head on over! Myrnie's the real deal...a gorgeous, thrifty domestic goddess!

How about a few stories about the weekend? Let's see...we spent Saturday morning strolling the main drag of an upscale town near here, gazing in the windows at the beautiful clothes and toys for sale. Both kids were so very good - we packed them into our double stroller and meandered through town for nearly an hour.

That evening, we joined our friends at a Greek Festival that evening. OhMyGoodnessYUMMY. There were all sorts of tasty things to eat. My favorite was a little pastry that looked like a pile of noodles and tasted like honey butter toast. Om nom nom! Anybody know what it's called??

Now, on to the fun stuff - I've been Lovely'd! Miss JamericanSpice herself gave me this lovely award this morning, and I was just tickled pink!! Her blog is full of cute stories of her kids, lovely giveaways, and plenty of uplifting Christian thoughts.

Here are the rules:

Accept the award, post it on your blog together with the name of the person who has granted the award, and his or her blog link. Check

Pass the award to 15 other blogs that you’ve newly discovered. Umm...

Remember to contact the bloggers to let them know they have been chosen for this award. 'nother umm....
See, passing on awards gives me anxiety...lots of it. I find new blogs nearly every DAY (I have hundreds of blogs in my Reader to prove it!) but I can never remember who's new, who's been there forever...
So, I'm just gonna say a big THANK YOU and...give y'all free reign on this one. If you've got a few new blogger friends you'd like to show some love to, by all means - grab that thar award and pass on the love!!

  3. What exactly does it mean when you call your twin gorgeous?
I finally managed to get online in this hotel! Yeah!!
I made rolls Sunday but they didn't rise. I think I overcooked my yeast! I am a dud when I don't use that bread machine. I used my mixer just like you. However, my family raved about them and I will try again:)

  4. I LOVE Greek food. I don't know what I'd do without it. And thanks for reminding me to look out for the annual Greek Festival that the Greek Orthodox Churck near us puts on every year. I've never had any food better than there. YUM!
