Milking the plywood cow, just like back on the farm...
Strawberry shortcake!
Popsicles taste best in December, don't they?
Blue cherries, and a zooming, bouncing basketball.
Today was the office holiday bash for Lo Gung's group. This was, mercifully, aimed at a much smaller audience than some of the other parties during the year. The Halloween bash was so overblown, it blocked traffic for two miles.
This party was spread throughout half a dozen rooms, with dancing lessons, photographers, balloon artists, face painting, food everywhere, live music....and no crowds. Not to say we didn't spend our fair share of time in lines. I think we spent an hour in a line of 20 people, waiting for balloon sculptures. Still, the kids had fun, so there is that. Ying Ying enjoyed watching the world go by, and I enjoyed seeing the kids so happy. Ming Wai came home with a self-designed candy cane...with a heart on the end. SJ talked the balloon artist into making him a sword, buckler, and shield. Pretty impressive!
