BBJ: Little bunny foo foo, I don't wanna see you, 'cooping up the field mice, and he says, POP you're a gobbledygoo.
Mom: Good job! What other song do you know?
BBJ: Strawberry.

I love the yogurt. A mommy, and a siu jeun, go to the doctor, the shots...the mommy, strawberry, strawberry, the mommy loves strawberry. And bow to MEEEEEEEEEEE!
(A little explanation - Siu Jeun and I visited the doctor that morning for his well-child check up, and he did indeed receive shots. BBJ knew this. Also, one of her favorite movies is Barbie and the Diamond Castle. It is full of little Barbie songs, and - honestly- I don't mind the movie. It's sweet, it's sparkly, and it's taught my daughter to say things like, "I look like a PRINCESS!" and "It's so WONDERFUL!" Where's the bad in that?! Anyhow, does she learn the sweet songs? No. There's ONE villain in the movie, an Evil Barbie if you will, and she sings a song that ends in the phrase, "and all will bow to me!!!" You've probably guessed by now, that's BBJ's favorite lyric in the whole movie.)
So, umm...happy Monday, y'all. If you need me, I'll be here with the MiniDiva. Please - nobody tell her what a groupie is, m'kay? Thanks. I don't want to see that pop up on her birthday wishlist!

ReplyDeleteAnd did I ever tell you about the time I had to go to preschool early to pick up the Tongginator because she was HYSTERICAL about the song Little Bunny Foo Foo? Because she was. Yes, it seems the bunny wouldn't stop bopping the field mice on the head. Which is aggravated assault. Heh.
Hilarious. My daughters were at the desk with me, and they wanted to see 'the little friend on the computer'. Your little girl knows how to hold and audience's attention!

ReplyDeleteLOL I love it! She's just too cute. Really too cute. However, Katie would not bow down to her. Sorry, but Katie believes the entire world revolves around her. We've not managed to burst that bubble yet...though we've tried.
