11 months. Where has the time gone?! These pictures were taken at the beginning of January, and already she has changed since then. At 11 months, she had 5 teeth, she was sleeping 6-9 hours at at stretch at night (generally from 10-3, and then from 4-7:30). She is the cutest little thing - I call her my Gift. She always has a smile for me, and absolutely idolizes her big brother and sister. She loves chocolate, and has figured out how to get it from me. She will copy the odd word, but the only ones she consistently uses are Wow, and smacking her lips for nursing. She knows her name, and the names of everyone in our family. She loves applesauce and (stale) graham crackers. ("Crunchy" isn't one of her favorite sensations, obviously!) She will bop her head and bounce on her toes when we sing, and isn't afraid to slap you if you don't do just as she asks. Oh, and whatever you do, don't take her buttons! Any remote, phone...anything with buttons. I've never seen a meltdown like that. She went from happy to Demon Dragon in about .3 seconds. It was epic. And pretty funny.
